~ Temple of the Sacred Heart ~
Earth Medicine Retreat
Date: December 9 - 14, 2018
Sayulita, Mexico

Leave the darkness of winter behind and come to beautiful, sweet Sayulita, Mexico for six days of soul nourishment and heart healing. Come and enter the sacred circle of timeless medicines as we immerse into Shamanic wisdom transmissions, Cacao and Temezcal ceremonies, Sound Healing and Music Medicine.

Daily yoga practice, along with Shamanic wisdom transmissions, Cacao and Temezcal ceremonies, Sound Healing and Music Medicine will be woven together as ancient balms to support the opening, cleansing, and healing of your Sacred Heart.
Our retreat is a deep exploration and healing of the Temple of the Heart which lays deep within and holds treasures and wisdom gifts that can lead to a purpose-guided and blissful life. Join us as we explore and heal the four chambers of the bold, open, wild, and clear hearts, as well as their shadows, and the four illusions that keep us stuck and armoured.
Our time in circle will be complemented with long hours of self-care as you restore and replenish, wandering the beach or markets, swimming or surfing, enjoying the amazing cuisine, or simply surrendering to the siesta.

As an additional blessing, this week is the festive time of Nuestra Senora de Guadalupe (Our Lady of Guadalupe), so we will have the opportunity to receive Her energies of compassion as She is the bridge between the old and the new. We will also enjoy the opportunity to attend the local traditional celebrations in Her honour.
You will return home, feeling rested and energized, ready to enter the new year with clarity and intention.
