apprenticeship classes and masterclasses.
The Doorways to Shamanism weekend retreats (non-residential) and evening courses are perfect for those who would like to explore the spiritual path of shamanism, and those who would like to refresh and deepen their medicine and practice. The course includes foundational shamanic practices based in Core Shamanism, as well as wisdom-teachings, energy medicine practices, and ceremony from the White Bone Shamanism. No experience needed.
Angela also teaches a variety of workshops based in shamanism to support spiritual and personal growth. Some of these include telesummits, and workshop series on healing with soul retrieval, spirituality for recovery, and moving through grief. There is no experience needed to attend.
Seasonal Gatherings and Festivals:
Held in alignment with the seasons and Celtic Fire Festivals, these gatherings bring together community, family, and friends to mark the turning of the wheel. Angela usually co-creates these with White Bone Tribe members and the circles often include crafting, fire ceremonies, water blessings, and Despacho ceremony, as well as shamanic journeying and wisdom-teachings related to the time and season. We also enjoy tea and snacks while browsing the shaman’s market where handcrafted spiritual gifts such as rattles, flower essences, and smudge blends are available for purchase. No experience needed.
A wonderful opportunity to come together and delve into your personal work while practicing your shamanic journeying or divination skills and deepening your medicine. Angela often includes group healing by way of energy clearing and ceremony. No experience needed.
Spiritual Development Immersions and Apprenticeship
White Bone Shamanic Arts Apprenticeship
Known as the year of the Moon Carrier, this year-long immersion into ancient trans-cultural soul practices and shamanic technologies supports your reconnection and attunement with Nature and your mythic life and dream world, while establishing a deep and lasting intimacy with Spirit, and a return to the path of your heart and destiny. (Pre-requisite: Doorways to Shamanism or equivalent.)
White Bone HearthKeeper: Should we choose to continue for another cycle around the Triple Medicine Spiral, Year 2 incorporates the shamanic path of the wounded healer and includes spiritual healing and skill development such as soul retrieval, energy clearing, shadow work, death and dying, and the cosmic task. (Pre-requisite: Year 1 of WBSAA.)
White Bone VisionWalker: Year 3 of apprenticeship includes Vision Quest, ancestral healing, destiny retrieval, and Sovereignty Ceremony. (Pre-requisite: Year 2 of WBSAA.)
Living The Medicine: a monthly gathering for those who have completed 3 years in the White Bone Tradition and would like to continue deepening, integrating, and applying the Medicine to daily life. Rather than the shamanic path being a “lifestyle” or something we step into and out of, Living the Medicine supports and teaches that we are the medicine in every moment and our spiritual knowledge and wisdom can be applied to every situation Life presents us. In this way we become a harmonizing presence in the world, and become skillful human beings.
Shamanic Practitioner Training: an immersion series for the those who have completed 3 years in the White Bone tradition and are called to offer Shamanic Healing in a private practice.
