Women's Circle ~ Cacao, Sacred Sound, & Ecstatic Dance
Saturday, March 23 ~ 7:00pm - 10:00pm
Join us for a MAGICAL, full sensory immersion to celebrate the return of Spring and the renewal of our feminine essence and power.
Our evening begins with grounding meditation and energy clearing, followed by CACAO ceremony, and shamanic journeying with sacred SOUND, before our free flow ecstatic DANCE. Our Women's Circle offers a sacred space to dive into self-awareness, embrace deep emotions, and expand your intuitive knowing.
Cacao (raw chocolate) is a powerful, delicious, gentle facilitator for heart opening and creative expression. Used for thousands of years in ceremony, it is full of antioxidants to promote blood flow and assist in relaxation. This nourishing elixir, known as "food of the gods" paves the way to self love and inner wisdom.
Dress in comfortable layers and bring:
A water bottle (you will need to drink water)
Your favourite cup for warm Cacao elixir (1.5cups)
Journal and pen
Medicine Hearth or Mesa (if you have)
Items of significance to add to our Goddess altar (crystals, goddess figurines)
Please avoid alcohol, drugs, caffeine or any other intoxicants for a few days prior. Avoid food intake for at least 2 hours prior to the ceremony

Angela (LittleBird) is a spiritual healer and artist, practicing and teaching shamanism for over twenty years. She is passionate about the Medicine path, all things wildly creative, and loves to travel (both globally and interdimensionally). With a trauma-informed foundation of somatic based therapy, she has had extensive in-person training and initiation through pilgrimage and her teachers. Her medicine lineages include: her ancestral Land of Ireland and the Faerie (psilocybin), Don Martin Pinedo Acuna (Don Benito Qorihuaman) in Peru, Siksika Blackfoot elders in Canada, and Dr Clarissa Pinkola Estes.
Elise de Villiers loves the medicines of archetypal dreaming, journeying, plant wisdom, and nutritional healing. She is a homeopath and Vedic astrologer and has studied and worked with herbs, healing, and nutrition for over 20 years. She completed the White Bone Shamanic Apprenticeship in 2017 and continues to deepen her compassion and dedication to the path of the Divine Mother through her work with Sacred Cacao.
