FBook Imbolc2017

Imbolc is the Celtic Fire Festival of HOPE and celebration of all things new. In our individual soul lives, this powerful, seasonal portal teaches us to tend to the new seeds we discovered at Winter Solstice, empowering them with fertility and life. In our cultural soul life, this celebration relights the fire of hope and engages us in service to our community and Mother Earth.

Please join us and enjoy an afternoon of ceremony and soulcrafting as we celebrate Brighid, the Celtic embodiment of generativity, and Oisín, the sacred masculine life-force who walks between the worlds.

Our sacred circle will include:

• Fire Ceremony to release the Winter
• Creation of a Brighid’s cross to bless your home’s threshold
• Guided meditation and Shamanic Journey
• Blessing of the Brat Brid to give to your children
• Two Despacho ceremonies (your visions, and our children)
• World Peace Water Ceremony
• Tea and snack

Please bring:
• A small empty jar with lid
• A new candle in a holder
• Your Medicine Hearth/Mála/Mesa or any special or sacred items you would like to add and charge on our altar
• Photos of significant children in your life to add to our Descendants altar
• Cushions/blankets (if you prefer not to sit on a seat)
