HeartQuest - East Vancouver, BC
Thursday, September 21 ~ Session 7 ~ 6:00pm - 9:00pm

A monthly gathering for those who have completed three years of White Bone Shamanism and would like to deepen the application of their spiritual practice.

It is an opportunity to deepen the learnings, and really integrate and apply the Medicine to daily life. This allows you to not only be in service to the Medicine but also for the Medicine to be in service to you – a reciprocal and harmonious, ongoing relationship.

Living the Medicine also supports the strengthening of your spiritual practice so that it is woven deeply into your life experience. Rather than the shamanic path being something we step onto and off of, where we pick up our Medicine from time to time, Living the Medicine supports and teaches that we are the medicine in every moment and can apply the Medicine in every situation Life presents us.

Offerings as Sacred Reciprocity

People are often curious about why I always ask them to bring "offerings" to circles or sessions.  This is a really great question! In fact all questions are good because although it is important to have an open heart and be present in a ceremony or practice, it is equally as important to know why we are doing something and where it comes from.

The Fire and Water of Beltaine

Today is May Day, or the Celtic Fire festival of Beltaine, known in Ireland as Bealtaine or in Scotland as Bealtuinn. It is thought that this celebration was named after the old Celtic sun god, Belenos, or Bel, which means shining, while "tine" translates as fire.
